Ayesha Desai After tasting the nougart which was incredibly light and airy, my sister had the idea to use it, instead of the meringue base. This worked beautifully as the crunchy nougart provided a more almond flavorful crunchy base. Paired with fruit on top it was a hit among the family. It's my new pavlova base hands down.
