Christopher Fraser Upon first bite, they retain the familiar tangy and sweet flavor of traditional fizzers, but the freeze-drying process adds an interesting textural element. The candy crumbles and dissolves almost instantly in your mouth, creating a gentle fizz sensation that's both surprising and very enjoyable. It would be interesting to taste freeze dried gums, but I do not see that on the product range offered.
